| Hi, my name is Delaina Pruett. I'm 15 years old and I'm an honors student at Theodore High School. I dance at Sheffield's school of dance and I play the violin. My absolute favorite place is the beach! Since I was about 7, I've wanted to be a Marine Biologist. I've always enjoyed the water and all the things in it. I think my mom's fear of the ocean is what first got me interested. Since she was so scared, it made me want to learn more about it so I wouldn't have the same fear. It seems to me like the more I learn, the more I want to learn and that's what led me to do anything I could to help my chances of becoming a marine biologist. I'm very excited and hope to learn a lot. | |
